About the Role

A high profile, accessible and responsive leader with managerial responsibility for nursing service delivery and advice

across minor injury unit within Emergency Medicine speciality. Working as Nursing lead for the triumvirate group

management structure, demonstrating and developing collaborative working within and across the MDT.

The Matron will have responsibility for the Minor Injury Unit within Emergency Medicine- at MKUH.

Able to make informed decisions within their own specialty and scope of professional practice, involving patients and

public to ensure agreed standards, targets and objectives are met. The keys focus is on quality improvements in safety,
