About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional leader who is innovative and committed to making a difference to the Outpatient

service (including phlebotomy) and also providing support in radiology and gynaecology. The successful candidate will

support the Outpatient team to deliver an ambitious improvement programme over the next 12 months and will play a

fundamental role in the Phase 3 transformation plans.

The role of the Matron is fundamental to ensuring that patients across our organisation receive safe, high quality care

and have a positive patient experience which is responsive to the changing needs of our patient groups.
