About the Role
The postholder will: Support the Divisional Chief Nurse to integrate corporate nursing plans and the nursing agenda in
the Division focussing on quality and the patient experience. This will be facilitated by monitoring and delivering
consistently high standards of clinical care. Deputise for the HON/DCN in their absence. Provide effective clinical
leadership, expertise, advice and support to the clinical teams and ensure best practice and the provision of
high-quality care to Children, Young People, their families and carers. Deliver safer staffing daily in designated areas
within the post. Be a visible, accessible and professional collaborative leader and presence in clinical areas. Be
