About the Role

Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Virtual Ward Matron (Band 8a) to provide senior clinical

and operational leadership across our high-acuity virtual ward services, alongside oversight of the Discharge Lounge at

St Mary’s Hospital.

This is a pivotal leadership role supporting system transformation, improved patient flow and the delivery of safe,

hospital-level care in patients’ own homes through digital and remote monitoring models.
