About the Role

The Renal services within AMS are based at St James Hospital as well as remote satellite units across the local region.

We have 2 inpatient wards, a large chronic and acute dialysis unit on the SJUH site as well as an intervention centre

and 7 regional dialysis units. The Emergency General Surgery (EGS) and Urology inpatient services within AMS are based

at St James Hospital within ward J42, J46 and J47. These wards provide care for patients requiring acute surgery as well

as semi elective and elective surgery for both cancer and non-cancer disorders. A willingness to embrace innovative ways

of working has been a key element to our operational success. We are open to fresh thinking and new ideas when it comes
