About the Role

What you'll be doing: Deliver Maybo approved training across ACG services in line with The RRN standards, both

independently and in collaboration with other trainers when required Oversee the design and delivery of all physical

intervention courses, ensuring these go ahead as planned and anticipate potential problems Play a key role in

developing, implementing, and maintaining a culture in which violence and aggression is reduced and managed

appropriately in a manner that is effective and supportive to all concerned Work with the training team to ensure

assessment of Support Workers encourages success, is based on fair decision making, and assures the employment of a
