About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Cancer Services Team for one MDT Cancer Pathway Tracker.

We are looking for a flexible and self-motivated administrator with good attention to detail and the initiative to work

independently. This is a busy and demanding role requiring a high level of communication and organisational skills.

The MDT patient tracker will identify all patients that have received a suspected referral under all Cancer Pathways and

will proactively track and ensure patients receive and attend their first appointment/ Diagnostic within agreed targets

of the referral date and escalate any potential delays to the relevant Specialities and Cancer Team Leaders.
