About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cancer Services team at University Hospital Coventry and Warwickshire as

a MDT Facilitator. The MDT Facilitator is an essential part of the whole team providing high quality and prompt care to

cancer patients.

The individual is responsible for the smooth running and efficiency of the MDT meetings; including preparation for

meetings, tracking and chasing up on progress of cancer patients' diagnostic and treatment steps, timely and accurate

collection of cancer data, and ensuring outcomes are followed up after MDT meetings.
