About the Role

Work with the Jameson Managing Director and Director of Nursing Directors to develop clinical services and make progress

towards realising the Trusts long-term strategy in line with objectives of quality, financial sustainability and

operational stability. Ensure that all local and national targets are delivered within safe and high-quality settings.

Actively contribute to all major activities of the Trust Executive and exercise corporate decision making and

responsibilities. Ensure that staff within Jameson deliver high quality services that embody the Trust values. Develop
