Medical Education Manager
About the Role
Lead the implementation of strategic objectives within the medical education strategy along with the clinical tutor
team. Lead on the project management of new initiatives within Medical Education, formulating project plans, setting
deadlines and delivering on key targets, making adjustments to plans as appropriate and facilitating collaborative
working across the Trust through meetings with College Tutors and setting up groups as necessary. In collaboration with
the DME and DUME, facilitate the business planning process for the Medical Education Department and the Clinical
Simulation Centre within the Trust, ensuring that priorities for the forthcoming year are identified and that formal
