About the Role
Main Duties Team Lead Receptionist Responsibilities: Support the Reception team to develop the most efficient processes
and procedures. Act as the communication link between the management team and staff. Managing staff front desk rota
cover for holidays and sickness. Manage change in reception including: Updating protocols. Training new staff. Managing
change of systems and procedures and ensuring staff are confident with them. Any other duties as may be required by the
practice manager or partners. General Reception Duties all receptionists Make appointments, in person or by telephone.
