This is a fantastic opportunity to co-supervise a large and complex bookings team within Medical Imaging. Each Team

Leader will oversee 23 modalities, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Key responsibilities

include: Supervising and motivating booking teams to meet performance targets and fill appointment slots Supporting the

team with day-to-day issues, including patient escalations and complex cases Managing sickness absence, performance

concerns, and supporting staff wellbeing Conducting HR duties including recruitment, induction, and performance reviews
