About the Role

We are looking to appoint a highly organised and motivated Medical Workforce Coordinator to join our Medical Workforce

team, with a key focus on Honorary Doctors and the Medical Training Initiative Scheme (MTIS).

This is an important role supporting safe patient care, regulatory compliance, and a positive experience for doctors

working within the Trust. The post holder will manage defined medical workforce processes, taking responsibility for the

end-to-end administration of honorary and MTIS appointments, including Clinical, Consultant and Observership honorary

roles.
