Job summary
The post holder will:
Act as the Trust's Medication Safety Officer in line with NHS England directives.
Support the medication safety agenda across Trust in accordance with legislation, regulations, guidance and
evidence-based practice.
Lead the input into the safe use of medicines across the Trust and act as an expert resource in this area. Working with
