About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic Registered band 6 Mental Health Nurse to join an accredited
memory assessment and diagnostic service based in North Tyneside. The successful candidate will join a small team of
dedicated nurses who independently assess patients with memory problems and contribute to the diagnostic process through
our multi-disciplinary team meetings. You will coordinate care for patients undergoing memory assessments, facilitating
their journey through diagnosis and providing post-diagnosis support. The successful candidate may also be involved in
helping to run an established cognitive stimulation therapy group and participate in various other group work within the
