About the Role

individualised approach. Working with the Team Leader to provide an environment that promotes training and development

among the workforce.

· To ensure a high standard of individualised care for each client by facilitating a needs-led service and the decisions

made by the multi-disciplinary team.

· To act as clinical and managerial role model, demonstrating high standards of clinical practice.
