About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Mental Health Nurse (Band 5) to join our dynamic Community
Mental Health Service. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a service that is transforming how mental health
support is delivered-challenging traditional boundaries between primary and secondary care, and working collaboratively
with Service Users, the Voluntary Sector and Community Enterprise partners.
In this role, you will provide assessment, psychosocial interventions, and evidence based care to a defined caseload of
