Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Hope Service (B6-7 Dev. Role)
About the Role
Band 6 Key Responsibilities The post holder will work closely within the Mindworks alliance during office hours,
responding to crisis and urgent referrals of CYP or for crisis and urgent presentations of CYP already working with the
Hope and Ext Hope Services. The post holder will work as an autonomous practitioner, undertaking clinical assessment of
CYP who may have a complex co-morbid mental health needs and present in crisis, working alongside medical, nursing and
other professional colleagues to ensure that the most effective care and treatment is provided to meet their current
needs. Work closely with the Emergency Departments, Crisis Intervention Service, Extended Hope, CCISS, the Adult
