About the Role

JOB DESCRIPTION

The post holder will play a key role in providing an Alcohol and Substance Dependence Service in the Belfast Trust. The

post holder will be responsible for the assessment of a patients care needs, the autonomous development, implementation

and evaluation of care plans and will be required to support in the training of a range of nursing staff, medical staff
