About the Role
To manage a defined caseload of service users with a range of complex mental health problems within the community
setting. The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
programmes, working autonomously and as a key member of the multidisciplinary team. The role requires a high standard of
