The Role:
The Mental Health Support Worker supports the operational delivery of the Mental Health & Wellbeing Service at New City
College. The role provides a first point of contact for students seeking support, ensures timely triage and referral,
offers information and signposting, and contributes to the smooth running of the service. It also involves supporting
wider college responsibilities such as safeguarding, equality, health and safety, and continuous improvement.
