About the Role
Cygnet is seeking dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to provide exceptional care at our specialist neuropsychiatric hospital in Widnes. This role involves supporting men with acquired brain injuries or neurological conditions, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering independence and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach
- Provide guidance & encouragement through support
- Learn about individuals’ specific needs
- Assist with medical & welfare needs
- Report on medical & welfare needs as required
- Maintain a safe, clean environment
Requirements
- Experience in mental health services
- Desire to make a real difference
