Lombard Street in Newark has 2 Mental Health Supported Living Services. Colleagues will support the residents in both

short and longer-term support, to maximise their independent living skills whilst supporting them to manage and maintain

their mental health and well-being. Every person we support has individual care plans specific to their needs so the
