Workers to work across Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in Dorset. You will play a key role in helping pupils manage

emotional, social and mental health needs, ensuring they feel supported, safe and ready to learn. The Role Providing 1:1

and small‑group emotional wellbeing support Supporting pupils with anxiety, low mood, trauma or social difficulties

Helping students develop coping strategies and resilience Working with pastoral, SEN and safeguarding teams Monitoring
