Mentor
About the Role
Prospero Teaching are looking for energetic, reliable and motivated mentors in the BCP area to support young people
needing alternate provision. We provide mentoring to students in early years all the way to post 16, supporting them
from 2 to 10 hours per week. Mentoring is provided 1:1 in the young person's home or in the local community and is
completely tailored to the student's needs to ensure they are getting the best possible support. Mentoring involves
emotional support for the young person and can include activities based around their hobbies. Alternately, it may just
involve taking them for walks with the intention of getting them out of the house and talking to a positive role model
