What skills and experience we're looking for

The Successful Candidate will:

• Provide emotional support and guidance, to support young people with low self-esteem, anxiety or other barriers to

attending school on a full-time basis

• Support the SENCo to identify and address specific barriers that prevent school attendance

• Support young people to develop essential life skills such as problem-solving and communication skills
