About the Role

Reablement is a short-term service that provides support to the citizens of Manchester to remain in their own homes and

increase their independence. Reablement is a large, citywide service and includes teams of Support Workers, Team

Leaders, Registered Managers, a Review Team, and the Performance Team who work collaboratively with our Health

colleagues to get the best outcomes for the people we support.

The Metrics officer role is part of the performance team and will provide high quality information from interrogating

various data sources to gain insights for the Performance Manager and other internal stakeholders. The production of
