About the Role

The successful candidate will be autonomous practitioner, taking responsibility for the provision of care throughout the

antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal periods for women and babies in the hospital and in continuity of care setting.

You will be responsible for the assessment, planning and implementation of care to both high and low risk women in the

antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal period in the hospital and the the Continuity of Care setting. You will also

supporting the team/ward in the effective management of the clinical area.

You will support, supervise and teach staff/students evidence based client centred care, which is of a high standard,
