About the Role

The Maternity Assessment Suite is a growing service provided for women and families throughout pregnancy and the

postnatal period. Duties to include, but not be limited to: Assist and support the lead midwife in the safe, effective

management of the area including management of personnel, facilities and the associated systems and processes Act as a

role model, presenting a positive image of self, team and the organisation Be responsible for the delivery and

co-ordination of care, through appropriate professional practice, delegation and supervision of duties carried out by

less experienced staff Ensure a high standard of Midwifery care is delivered by self and others based on assessment,
