About the Role

Job summary 1. The post holder will work within the Maternity Education Team and deliver the education objectives of the

Perinatal Health Directorate, understanding that the service is in a period of transformation. 2. A proactive role-model

that delivers a programme of education and supports practice development; clinical education and workforce

transformation across the Perinatal Directorate. 3. Supports leadership and gives advice and support, fostering a

learning culture that values high quality patient care, evidence-based practice, research and innovation. 4. Works in

partnership with the practice development leads, clinical leads, senior midwives and nurses, matrons, and other
