About the Role
Thepostholder will lead on the development, implementation and evaluationof community engagement and innovation within
Maternity and Neonatal services.They will have responsibility with the consultant midwife for Health Inequalities and in
collaboration with the matron for Engagement and Experience, to lead on inclusion of communities in developing
delivering and evaluating programmes through feedback from active involvementofwomen, birthing people and families. The
post holder will be part of a team of Health Ambassadors visiting schools and communities promoting careers in health
and social care at the same time promoting the great work happening at NUH.
