About the Role

We are pleased to advertise a Band 7 Midwifery Outpatient Team Leader role, evolving from the previous Antenatal

Clinical Team Leader post to better meet the needs of women, families and the wider maternity system.

The post holder will provide visible, compassionate leadership within the antenatal outpatient service, ensuring

high-quality, individualised care for women with moderate risk factors and additional considerations. A key element of

this role is leading and delivering birth reflections for women and families, using a trauma-informed, compassionate and

evidence-based approach to support recovery, learning and improved experience of care.
