Mindworks Hub Screening and Triaging Clinician
About the Role
The post holder will be integral to the functioning of the Mindworks Surrey Hubs, responding to requests for support for
emotional wellbeing /mental health needs. The post holder will work as an autonomous practitioner, undertaking clinical
screening and where appropriate, assessment, of children and young people who may have a range of needs, including more
complex co-morbid mental health needs or may need urgent support. The post holder will work alongside medical, nursing
and other professional colleagues to ensure that the most effective care and treatment is provided resulting positive
outcomes for that child/young person. To co-ordinate and liaise with the Mindworks Hub team to ensure flow of new
