About the Role

The Mindworks Hub Screening and Triaging Clinician plays a vital role in supporting children's emotional wellbeing and mental health. This autonomous practitioner conducts clinical screenings and assessments, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical screenings and assessments of children and young people.
• Manage a caseload from request to transfer or closure.
• Coordinate with the Mindworks Hub team for effective service flow.
• Ensure outcome measures are embedded and audited.
• Contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.

Requirements

• Relevant clinical qualification and registration.
• Experience in mental health assessment and intervention.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
