About the role
The MIS Officer for Apprenticeships reports to the Administration Operations and Compliance Manager within the Central
Apprenticeship Hub. The primary purpose of the role is to manage the production and submission of the Individual Learner
Record (ILR) statutory return to the Department for Education (DfE). The postholder ensures timely, accurate funding
submissions while supporting data analysis, reporting, and audit preparation to enable the successful delivery of
