About the Role
o be involved in the development and setting up of new services, by providing complex care and support to each new
individual, ensuring all paperwork is in place within the home setting prior to initial care delivery. To shadow-train
new onboarded support workers for each new package of care and to travel around the North West as necessary.
• To travel around the North West as required to provide short-term care and support to new individuals in accordance
with their Personalised Plan.
