About the Role

As a Moderator in Healthcare (Midwifery), you will play a crucial role in ensuring quality and consistency in assessment processes. You will attend standardization meetings, collect evidence, and conduct moderation activities in line with regulatory requirements, contributing to the continuous professional development of your team and the overall improvement of educational standards.

Responsibilities

• Attend team and standardization meetings as required.
• Collect evidence as instructed by the Chief Moderator.
• Demonstrate continuous professional development (CPD).
• Moderate centre marking and document outcomes.
• Plan moderation activities for allocated providers.
• Conduct timely moderation activities to ensure quality.

Requirements

• Experience in midwifery or healthcare education.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively.
