About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for experienced nursing leaders , to join the senior management team of an innovative

and outstanding forensic inpatient and community service, as a Matron.

• To assist in managing and implementing service strategy, philosophy and policies with particular reference to MDT

clinical care.

• To take a lead role in modelling appropriate professional behaviour and interventions, particularly in dealing with

patients’ distress, anger, etc.
