About the Role

We are looking for hard working, team players experienced with supporting vulnerable adults with dementia and other

age-related conditions, who live in the Nottingham NG3 area.

You will be working in a friendly, residential home set in beautiful surroundings in the Nottingham NG3 area, helping

support and care for individuals with their day-to-day lives, encouraging independence and making a real difference to

each and everyone.
