About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will provide care co-ordination across the Northern Ireland Care and Research Network in accordance to
the NICE Guidelines for Motor Neuron Disease (MND).The post holder will work within the newly established MND team based
within the Western Health & Social Care Trust with close working relationships with the existing nurse-led care centre
staff in the Belfast Health & Social Care team. The post holder will provide a resource of specialist nursing knowledge
and skills in the coordination of care and management of those affected by MND their families and professionals working
