About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Motor Neurone Disease Specialist Practitioner Nurse to lead and deliver

high-quality, patient-centred care for individuals living with MND in Slough and the surrounding areas. This is a

pivotal role within a multidisciplinary team, supporting patients and families across the disease trajectory in both

community and clinical settings.

The post holder will provide advanced clinical expertise, coordinate care pathways, and act as a key point of contact

for patients with complex neurological, respiratory, nutritional and palliative care needs.
