documented areas of competency of the radiographers on duty. Mentorship and Education: Leads the training and

supervision of qualified MRI staff and student radiographers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and

professional growth. Performance Management: Conducts annual appraisals for MRI radiographers, identifying training
