About the Role
Fair Ways is seeking dedicated Multi-Site Children & Family Support Workers to provide essential support across various services. This role involves delivering high-quality care to children, young people, and vulnerable adults, ensuring their safety and well-being in diverse environments.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe, homely environment in residential settings.
- Monitor health and emotional well-being of families.
- Provide respite support to foster carers.
- Encourage independent living skills for young adults.
- Offer flexible outreach support in homes and communities.
- Facilitate safe family contact sessions.
- Support students in specialist educational settings.
Requirements
- Full driving license and access to a car.
- Enhanced Disclosure (DBS) required.
- Experience with young people or vulnerable adults preferred.
- Level 3 qualification in childcare or social care desirable.

Location & Schedule
This role requires flexibility across multiple sites in the Solent and Wales, with a 37.5-hour workweek on a 6-week rolling rota.
