About the Role

An excellent opportunity has arisen Triage Co-Ordinator/ Senior Therapy Assistant role in a friendly and supportive team

within the BHFT. The successful candidate (s) will be working alongside an established multi-disciplinary team

consisting of senior specialist community physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, therapy assistants, and team

administrators. As part of this role the post holder will be an integral member of the Clinical support.

Team. We are an integrated team including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Therapy assistants, and admin

support. The service supports multiple pathways including Community Reablement, Falls and Community Physiotherapy. This
