About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder is designated to work as part of the multidisciplinary team to provide an enhanced service to patients
with Multiple Sclerosis. The post holder will be responsible for the ongoing management of Multiple Sclerosis patients,
ensuring the delivery of integrated high quality care across primary and secondary care. The post holder will work
closely and liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team to ensure a co-ordinated approach to care.
