About the Role
Ensure CLA have their physical and emotional health and wellbeing assessed, addressed and monitored To provide
professional leadership and expert advice on CLA and CLs to health and social care professionals. To ensure the CLA
health service works to improve health outcomes, reduce health inequalities and safeguard CLA and young people through
the provision of an evidenced based and needs led service. To ensure every aspect of the user experience is delivered in
a safe, efficient and evidence based manner. Provide a co-ordinated resolution to the health and wellbeing challenges
Recognise indicators of child and adult abuse and initiate Safeguarding measures in accordance with recognised policies,
