About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will work as a key member of the Public Health Nursing Team providing leadership to the Safeguarding
Children Nurse Specialists, providing advice and support to nursing, midwifery and community public health nursing staff
across the Trust on matters relating to Safeguarding children. His/her role will be to ensure good, safe clinical
practice in safeguarding matters by ensuring that staff that work with children are aware of and trained to carry out
their responsibilities in this area. He/she will support senior nurses across the trust in the implementation of
