About the Role
Clinical Duties Respond to requests in the SAR/DHR process by supporting the production of individual management
reviews/ chronologies/ reports. To always act as an advocate for adults and families. Provide highly specialist
advice/support/leadership to health professionals on a day-to-day basis in relation to safeguarding adults and families.
To act as an enthusiastic and innovative role model. Provide safeguarding supervision to staff in line with Trust policy
on an individual and group basis. Formulate, agree and monitor plans of care with staff to safeguard and protect adults.
To work closely with Trust Legal Department when legal statements are requested. Support practitioners to attend case
