and adaptable, who enjoys creative play, healthy cooking, and child-led learning. The role includes both sole and shared

charge and requires flexibility, initiative, and a genuine commitment to nurturing children with different developmental

needs.

No formal SEN background is required, but patience, practicality, and openness to learning are essential.
