About the Role
Silver Swan is currently working with a warm and informal HNW family based in North West London, to help them hire a
full-time live-out nanny. The role involves caring for three young children – two boys aged 8, and a girl aged 3 –
within a relaxed yet well-organised household where both parents work from home.
This is a hands-on, long-term position suited to a native English-speaking nanny who is genuinely playful, flexible, and
confident managing three children of mixed ages. The mother works part-time and will handle some school and nursery
drop-offs and pick-ups, working collaboratively with the nanny. A housekeeper is employed from early mornings, allowing
