Responsibilities

• Provide regular updates across different departments.
• Oversee occupancy and staffing levels to minimize agency use.
• Conduct audits in line with governance systems.
• Ensure high standards of care for residents.
• Implement best practices and ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar managerial role.
• Strong commercial acumen and team management skills.
• Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Health and Social Care preferred.
• NMC pin desirable.
• Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed.

Compensation

Annual salary of £69,000 plus a £3,000 car allowance.

Location & Schedule

Covering Suffolk, Norfolk, and Cambridge with extensive travel required.
